All kids and teens classes are performed by trained, authorised and vetted instructors using an approved curriculum.

We try to foster a welcoming environment, so please be respectful of others. We reserve the right to take action and cancel your membership in case we receive serious complaints about your behavior. 

In exchange for services from Chris Burns Pty Ltd, doing business as Zero Point HQ, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Chris Burns, and their associates, I {name}, born {dob}, release Zero Point HQ on behalf of myself, my children, heirs, and estate from the following: 

1. Participating in martial arts involves risks, such as physical or emotional injury, paralysis, or death. These risks, including intense exercises and body contact, are unavoidable without altering the fundamental nature of the activity. Injuries may include bruises, broken bones, or heart attacks. Zero Point HQ staff aim for safety but may be unaware of participants' abilities, provide inadequate guidance, or face equipment issues. 
2. I willingly accept all risks associated with this activity, choosing to participate voluntarily despite potential dangers. 
3.  I release and indemnify Zero Point HQ from any claims related to my participation or use of their facilities, even those alleging negligence.
4. If Zero Point HQ or it's representatives need legal costs to enforce this agreement, I will cover those expenses. 
5. I confirm I have insurance for any injury or damage or will personally bear these costs. 
   I have no medical conditions affecting my safety, or I accept all related risks. By accepting this waiver and participating in a class, 

I waive any claims against Chris Burns Pty Ltd and Zero Point HQ. I’ve read, understood, and agree to this document's terms.
